I'm really obsessed about Russia and all the universities that I see seems to be hard to get into like UC Riverside or Long Beach State University. Is there any universities where I could learn the Russian language in Linguistics?

Personally I would recommend Rutgers University, the State University of New Jersey – the range is 2.5ish and above GPA and SAT 500 per section. But I don’t know if you’d want to go to New Jersey:)
NYC is pretty much the whole entertainment if you don’t have a car.
If you still are interested check out http://www.rutgers.edu/
I mean it’s the 2nd best school in NJ (after Princeton)
Hundreds. Check out the quick Google search below. If you already speak a little Russian you are way ahead. Are you still in HS? If so do a little work and apply to several.
My favorite is LSU. You can hang out in BR watch great football and learn to drink like a Russian, well almost. They used to have some very good Eastern European and Russian history professors too, which seemed to really round out their program. Here’s the link to LSU’s program: http://appl027.lsu.edu/artsci/fllweb.nsf/$Content/Russian.About+Us?OpenDocument
Good Luck!
