A friend visiting the USA has asked me about how help for her four year old granddaughter. We need to know what sounds would be developing and what kind of errors would be developmental.

Im an American SLP, but not being familiar with the complete Russian phonemic alphabet, i cant give a thorough, informed answer here. I can only speak of those sounds produced in the English language Sounds produced in other languages which are absent from the English sound system i am unable to comment on.
Excluding those aforementioned sounds, the developmental pattern and heirarchy should be the same. By 4 i would expect to see correct production of /b,p,d,t,s,z,m,n,ng,g,k,w,f,v,+ all vowels/ in isolation, meaning that the child is able to produce these isolated sounds independently or in imitation. In words, phrases and connected speech, it is common for a breakdown of some of these sounds to occur depending upon their position in words and phrases.
Sounds that are commonly undeveloped at this age are /th, ch, zh, sh, r, l, with common misproduction of s &z/. There are additional error patterns common to this age group that involve earlier developing sounds.
There are many variables, so i recommend that your friend have her child screened if she will be here for a while.
I dont know if this helps, and wish i could do more.
