Can i speak Russian before 2011 August?
I wanted to know if i am capable of speaking Russian before August, 2011.
Right now, i study 2 hours of Russian everyday. (1 hour with tutor & 1 hour by myself)
I'm curious to know if i can speak Russian in a year. Right now I can speak simple sentences, but i know how to make semi-medium to medium hard sentences by myself, but it takes a bit of a time to process.
I know how to write sentences as long as, "I saw the man we talked about yesterday, at the market."
It's only been 2 weeks since I learned...I try really hard and I'm also a fast learner.
So do you think i can learn how to speak (not necessarily write) Russian fluently in 1 year?
I also know how to write in present, and future. I know some word and know perfectly how to conjugate. The problem is i still need to learn how to make longer sentences with a wider variety of vocabulary. I also need to speak faster without thinking much.

I teach 3 languages and it takes about 18 months to reach a Proficiency level.
When I learned French and English, I did it by myself, I couldn’t afford a private class neither a school of languages and took me 2 years.
I got a scholarship in Japan. There, I had 600 hours of basic Japanese with 500 kanji. I was by then, 28 years old. If I could learn Japanese in two months, you will certainly learn Russian in a year and will learn it very well.
Continue with the rhythm you have. If you can study more hours by yourself it will reduce the time, and you can ask your teacher all questions about Russian usage, composition and idioms.
