I know all of two russian words…nyet and vodka.
I’ve forgotten what little german I did know…except "boat" is das boot, right? My father was stationed over in Germany for a while when I was a kid but I remember very little of what he tried to teach me.
Spanish…I can read it better than I can speak it.
There must be a reason why I stick to English

After 3 years of high school German and 2 in college, I really don’t have much knowledge to show for it. But I know some.
some german, my dad took german when he went to college and my third grade teacher was crazy about german.
i can also speak chinese very fluently
but english is still better than either!

nope, don’t know any of either. i was gonna take german class this year cause it was pretty fun to learn bits of it in this one class of mine, but my parents pressured me to take spanish instead.

Ich kenne Deutsch und meine Mutti ist eine Russiche-Deutsch in Russland geborn. Was noch? i can order a beer in Spanish. Uno Cervaza por favor and ask to use the restroom but poorly. donde banas? They get it. I also am pointed to the restroom. I like potatoes so I can ask for papas von huevas rancheros which is my favorite breakfast and i can sing Brother John in german, english and french. Ok…so I appreciate language, but it’s sexy just trying!

I can’t speak either. I can speak English fluently and some Spanish. Then I plan to learn French.
