Could anyone recommend any GOOD study material for the intermediate level of Russian language?

I am willing to learn Russian and pass the language test, such as Test of Russian as a Foreign Language (TORFL, TRKI) which would allow me to study/work and live in the Federation.

Yes, the computer program Rosetta Stone. I believe the State Department is even using it now.
