Do you think the renewed talk with Poland for Missile defense is in response to the Russian spies found in USA?

Simple answer: No.
But it certainly helps our defense of the plan.
As Clinton said in Poland, the “Iron Curtain” around USSR is now gone, but many countries, including Russia, are crushing civil society and the human spirit with a “steel vice”. But there are more than just Russia, and that’s another help to defend our plan, since the United States can state that that we will defend Poland (and the rest of Europe) against any attack from any hostile nation.
Clinton had planned her trip well in advance, but I’m sure the administration knew about the Russian spy ring, and the approximate date of revealing it. And it certainly shows that Russia is not our strongest ally. Meanwhile, Poland is becoming more of an ally to us.
