I need to know how to say sit down in Russian.
And I don't want an answer from one of those online translators.
Because I speak Spanish and those things are extremely wrong.
So anyone know how to say sit down in Russian?

To say "sit down" in Russian you need Imperative form of the verb, which is used when you give a command or ask for some action to be performed. As Russian has a clear distinction between formal and informal as well as between singular and plural, you have a couple options:
Informal, singular – садись – sadEEs’ or сядь – syad’
Formal, singular or plural – садитесь – sadEEtes’ or сядьте – syad’te
Сидиться… I think.
I am rusian! and can speak and write!
sit down = syat
spelling = сат
Informal – садись – sadEEs’ (s’ = soft s), also possible сядь – syad’
Formal (addressing an adult or group of people) – садитесь – sadEEtes’, also possible сядьте – syad’te
she’s absolutely right
I’d go with "sa-dees!" for one person, and "sa-deet-yes!" for more than one.
