does the russian language have specific characters for its letters?

What im wanting to know instead of using 0 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 does russian have a different representation for those numbers?

No, we use the same numbers that everyone uses:)
we have a fifferent name for each number though:
0 – ноль
1 – один
2 – два
3 – три
4 – четыре
5 – пять
6 – шесть
7 – семь
8 – восемь
9 – девять
However we also rarely use I II III IV V VI VII VIII IX X all Russians know those too:)
besides spelled out with words, we use 1,2,3,4, and so on. they stay the same as english
