Take a class at a local university. Or a study at home class.
Make some Russian friends.
Russian chatroom or Russian language sites…
u can learn from books..
or u can download a language learning program from the internet.
Rosetta Stone language learning software.
Add links below to your arsenal:
take a class at school and make sure you have a native Russian to talk to or even go to Russia – we are a very friendly nation
Rosetta Stone
Rosetta Stone works well…but ultimately, the best way to learn is to meet Russians and make friends with them, a FAR easier prospect that you might think. Russians are among the warmest, friendliest people around. If you live in a city with a sizable Russian population, find out where they shop. Learn about Russian foods and actually buy something…but make sure that there are a few "babushkas" around to see you doing it and you’ll probably be innundated with dinner invitations.
There are a number of Russian chat sites around and those are great places to actually befriend Russians IN Russia. This will help you to learn Russian quickly, because you’ll get the chance to actually practice what you learn in a "real world" situation that will also teach you all of the bits of Russian that you aren’t gonna learn through more formalized learning systems. I.e…you’re gonna learn slang and the "Russian censored words" as my partner puts it.

for russian websites search,

their you can find free russian tv online.
To learn russian language I advice you to take some classes on russian language to learn basics and to learn how to read ( that should not be hard ) after that I advice you to watch a lot of russian tv online ( even if you do not understand anythiing ) for several hours everyday and to read a lot in russian ( read fast and do not use dictionary, read a lot and do not worry if you do not understand anything at the beggining).
The more russian tv you watch and the more russian material you read the better your language should become.
First you might feel boring but later you should start to understand and get excited.
Anyway, best way to learn language is to talk to russian people ( remmember only russian, no english, no translation, no dictionary ).
Try to stay in touch with russian language as long as you can ( for several hours a day if you can ).
Maybe within 3 to 4 years you will speak gooooood russian language.
Thank you.
