You might try a local university to find a student who will translate them for you for a few bucks.
Then (most university secretaries have Notary authority so they’re easy to find) … have a letter with the student’s contact information that says that he faithfully transcribed the contents, have them notarized and send them in with a letter explaining the situation.
try and contact the american kennel asociation!
i agree with stillnocouch. you could even try searching for an online dictionary to translate it.
hope i coiuld help!
stillnocouch made a good suggestion. What breed is the dog? There may be a national association for your breed that you could contact.
I would make a couple copies of them and send in a copy or an original to the AKC which is what you are asking I think.
Let them translate it, this can’t be the first time this has happened.
The AKC must be able to get translations from a great many languages.
My guess is that they will make a new copy, a translated copy and register it in your name and send it to you
Below are a couple links that may be of help to you.
