how do i convert a russian language djvu file into an english djvu file ?

i have a djvu file which is in russian language... now i want to have the translation of that file into english pdf or djvu file .... is there any free software of website where in i can translate the file content into another english language file .......... plz help me out .......

Unfortunately, your options are limited.
You can find someone who has nothing better to do than manually translate it for you, or hire a professional translator.
Automatic translation of DjVu files are not possible, and such machine translations are extremely bad (inaccurate) anyway.
