Калиниград, Россия
236029
but first english
idk
I believe that you can write the address in English just as you have in your question and the post office in Russia will translate it. However, this is what I think it is in Russian: 236029 Росия, Калиниград Балтейская 11 1 Улица (Their Name). What I have done is simply copy into the Russian alphabet what you said. I have not looked up the correct spelling of the place names. But if you make two address labels, one in English for them to translate and one in Russian like I have shown you, the letter should arrive safely.
