I've been talking to this russian guy for a couple of months now and i'm really confused about how he feels about me. We talks all the time and he flirts but nothing really happens! I'm starting to realize that it might be a cultural difference but i don't really know...can anyone shine some light on this gloomy situation for me??? it would be greatly appreciated.
