How do you make the Russians speak English in Battlefield Bad Company 2?

I play on XBOX 360, if it matters. I've seen videos of people on YouTube of people playing Battlefield Bad Company 2 where either the Russians speak English or the Americans speak Russian.

You can’t really change it. It all depends on what team you are on for Multiplayer. If you’re on the Russian team they speak russian. If you’re on the American team they speak English
get a russian-english translator dictionary..otherwise you have to be gangster
