How do you say “Russian is hard to speak” or “Russian is hard” in russian?

At my school, we have a russian exchange student, and he teaches me things in russian. I speak spanish fluently, but Ive never been able to roll my r's, so I want to tell him that russian is hard lol.
Also, can you show me how its written in russian too? Thanks!

Russian is hard – russkiy yazik – trudniy (русский язык – трудный)
Russian is hard to speak – na russkom trudno govorit’ (на русском трудно говорить)

Not sure how it is spelt phonetically sorry.
Российская трудно говорить (Russian is hard to speak)

If "Руссий трудно" is correct, then probably:

y = U (pronounced like oo in book)
c = S
к = K
и = E (pronounced like ea in feast)
й = (pronounced like short y in toy)

р = R (rolled, the same sort of way Mexican’s roll their r’s)
у = U (pronounced like oo in book)
д = D

о = O (pronounced like o in October)
