How do you say "shadow" in Russian with English (Roman) pronunciation?

I am writing a book but have stumbled on a few technical difficulties. I need the word "Shadow" in Russian, but in English (Roman) pronunciation. My searches have just given me the literal Russian word, but I don't know how to say it. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
