Well, all these "Мне Х лет" are not always true
I mean, Gatita in her answer told you about the use of pronouns, and it all was right, but ‘years old’ is not always translated ‘лет’.
Here’s how it should be:
Мне 1 год.
Мне 21 год.
Мне 31 год.
…
Мне 151 год.
Мне 2 года.
Мне 3 года.
Мне 4 года.
Мне 22 года.
Мне 23 года.
Мне 24 года.
Мне 32 года.
…
Мне 164 года.
In all other cases, "Мне Х лет" works.
I am ___ years old.
Мне ___ лет.
She is ___ years old.
Ей ___ лет.
He is ___ years old.
Ему ___ лет.
i am ___ years old
мне ___ лет
you (singular) are _____ years old
тебе __ лет
he is ___ years old
Ему __ лет
She is __ years old
Ей __ лет
we are___ years old
Нам _ лет
you (plural) are___ years old
Вам __ лет
they are __ years old
Им __ лет
the rule there is to use the personal pronoun in Dative case, then tell how many years.
Remember, that using numbers 2, 3, 4 or compound numbers with them (e.g. 23, 34, 82) requires Genitive Singular to follow them, which is ГОДА. Using numbers higher than 5 requires Genitive Plural to follow them, which is ЛЕТ.
I am giving a detailed example with I am ___ years old, but make sure you apply it to other cases, such as she is, he is, etc. as well.
I am _1_ year old
мне один год
I am _2/3/4_ years old
мне два/три/четыре года
I am _5/6/7/…_ years old
мне пять/шесть/семь лет
You (singular, informal) are _____ years old
тебе __ год/года/лет
He is ___ years old
Ему __ год/года/лет
She is __ years old
Ей __ год/года/лет
We are___ years old
Нам _год/года/ лет
You (plural or formal) are___ years old
Вам __ год/года/лет
They are __ years old
Им __ год/года/лет
