Я тебя люблю and я люблю тебя.

Sometimes they say я люблю вас and я вас люблю, but in English it would sound "I love you, madam (sir)".
As Russian is a language with the free word order, you can construct 4 other variants for both of the sentences. Just put the words in different order. But I already gave you 2 most used orders.
Я люблю Вас
Я тебя люблю
