"Russian script" is properly called the Cyrillic alphabet, in which "Keksov" would be "Кексов". In Cyrillic, "в" is assigned the sound of the Latin "v" while "б" would be used for "b". This confuses many beginning learners. Then the Cyrillic letter "c" makes a consistent "s" sound.
