how long to learn russian / arabic living in russia / lebanon russian/ arabic speakers help?

i only speak latin languages , if i live in the russia or lebanon my blood countries where im from is 5 years enough for basic fluency in each?. please help me world...i need to know of native speakers and others...who move to a russian speaking or arabic country as an adult ty ty in advance

It won’t take a long time if u were serious in studying and you tried to make use of your free time in practicing what u’ve studied , if u want my advise, am studying Arabic through registering to http://www.arabicollege.com ,there i attend online live video Arabic classes with native Arabic teachers anytime i feel i have free time to attend and they are available 24/7 so i make use of my free time this way
I have an idea where you can stay in russia to learn russian and be able to learn Arabic while you are there, since am an English speaker and have been learning Arabic since 7 months through http://www.arabicollege.com ,i dont have to go anywhere or move to any country or reschedule all what I do is attending online live video Arabic classes with native Arabic teachers who are available 24/7 anytime I have free time,It is more than perfect if you are willing to learn Arabic,since i attend these Arabic sessions anytime i am free and can practice my Arabic with other colleagues from all over the globe through joining the practice conversation or going to the learning community….moreover i dont have to download any software… I couldn’t and wouldn’t find a better professional way to learn Arabic…
