How to change Blackberry display language to russian?

I bought a blackberry 7150 for my dad to take to russia. It is unlocked and is working fine with his sim card. The only problem is that I do not see Russian as a display language? Is there a URL Where I can download the language package? Thanks

Unfortunately, no. It requires a firmware update, and you likely won’t get it.
Same problem with the t-mobile sidekick… it supports it, but they locked it out.
