How would I write a “th” sound in Russian Cyrillic?

As far as I am aware, there isn't one in the alphabet.

There is no "th" sound in Russian, so you would have to simplify the sound down to a "t" (capitalized "Т" or lowercase "т"), "s" (capitalized "C" or lowercase "c") or even a "z" sound (capitalized "З" or lowercase "з").
