hire an interpreter – it’s simple as 2×2 and let the professional do the job
that type of device is not invented yet…
try a tin can and a rope
)))..such a device currently is only a dream..)))
…hire interpreter in Russia)))…or better use $ for good manuals or vocabularies..)))
you could also use on-line resources:

http://www.online-translator.com/text.asp?lang=en

i dont know it is a waste of money
Yeah seriously that would be a big waste of money. No machine is yet to be invented which can actually translate sentences well at all. Individual words are usually no problem but there is so much context involved in sentences and then there are euphemsims and proverbs etc. If you are willing to spend $500 then why don’t you just hire an interpreter. I’m sure it wouldn’t cost that much and they would get the job done much better.
If you want to know how bad machine translations can be then just get a paragraph and put it into an online translating site. Take what they have translated for you and translate it back to english. Does the paragraph even resemble the original???
