i need to know how to speak russian?

are there any sites out there about learning russian . Where i live there are a lot of russians the little old lady next door to me always speaks to me in russian so i need to learn it so i can speak back

It’s better to find a teacher for Russian,becouse it’s a difficult language to learn it only from a books or sites if you are not a Sloven.And for that old lady for beginig you can say to her:”Zdravstvuite”-that means hello and "Dosvidania"-that means Goodbye and "Spasiba"-that means Thanks, and "Da"-it’s Yes,and "Njet" it;s No..Well that’s enough for a beginer.

try your local library. they might even have an audio tape!
