Using the English alphabet not the Cyrillic how would I say " I wish you lived closer, I want to hangout and meet you! "

It depends on who are you addressing, a male or a female?
Mnye zakhoteloss shtobby ty byla poblizhe ko mnye, Ya khotel by tchasto poseshshat tvoyo mesto i vstretchatsya s toboy!
You could say "Ja hochu, chtoby ty zhila blizhe. Hochu vstretit’sja s toboj", if an addrressee is famale. And "Ja hochu, chtoby ty zhil blizhe. Hochu vstretit’sja s toboj", if he’s male.
