Is it hard for a Swede to learn Russian?
I have been thinking of learning a new language for a while now, I've tried to learn Japanese but it wasn't anything for me.
I have some Russian friends both in Russia and here in Sweden and I'm going to Russia next year so I think it would be fun to be able to speak Russian.
I do also have a big interest in their culture and history. =)

Try taking a free lesson with an online Russian Teacher: http://primelanguageservices.com/freerussianlesson.html He/she will teach you some Russian alphabet as well as common Russian greetings. This way you will get introduced to the Russian Language by a native Russian speaker with no expense.
Nei, ikke særlig vanskelig. The hardest part of Russian (aside from all the vocabulary) is ASPECT. That might take some time and study.
¡¡well, there in Sweden at Uppsala University you can learn and be fluent and…,maybe you can help me to find my Friend there, …he is fluent in Russian!
I think you should be fine to learn Russian.
