for the "Russian" part, there may be some Russians in Turkey, i say this because i ve been there for some days, and saw some Russians(most likely tourists).
for the costs etc it depends, different places have to offer different things, search via google, you will find more than you think.

I wouldn’t want to be in your case, but don’t despair.Go to a travel agency and ask them whatever you need. Phone the hotels inquire the info. OR as soon as you get to Antalya, go to the hotel hand them over your list and your credit card they will be very happy to get you out of your desolation.
I don’t know about Antalya, but they speak fluent Turkish in Kiev.
