Im in Canada, I wanna talk to Russian people living in Canada.
Anyone know sites like this?

you should try Skype
Many Universities in North America have Russian students and faculty members. If you are near a college town I am pretty sure you can find Russians there. Also, many universities have departments of the Russian language and literature, so talking to their faculty members could be a good place to start too.
If you can speak Russian then you can also try to chat on-line on Russian web sites (mail.ru is probably the most popular on-line community, although it is more of a guess as I am not really into chatting and stuff).
