My question about russian words that I am trying to write into english letters should be: dorozhnoye.?

This is combined with dorozhnoye Mbino or mbgpo, or mb glo. Is the first word a Russian city and could the second word by a geographical location too?

dorozhnoye(дорожное) means "of the road", so it’s not a city. The second word looks like just a bunch of letters to me.
Yes, you are right. The first word can mean Russian town, but mostly Dorozhnoe is the name of a derevnya — little Russian town of farmers (village). What’s for the second one, it doesn’t make sence to me.
