Kiaf, (slang), is from Arabic "keif" that means the same thing, a rapture, high felling, induced usually by drugs or alcohol.
"Ya pod kaifom"=" I am drunk"
кайфом I’m sure is just Russian slang because I can’t find it anywhere in my American English-Russian dictionary.
probably the word is kaif or Kaifo or Kaifa. The "om" is added on for grammatical purposes.
Кайфовать, verb – To be high, experience intensive pleasure.
Кайфово, adverb – Cool, brilliant, very neat.
Кайф, noun – cool, high, brilliant.
Я ПОД КАЙФОМ – I’m high, I’m feeling real cool.
