Out of Latin, Russian, or modern Greek, which is hardest to learn?
I've taken two years of latin, and I'd say it's somewhat hard to learn everything, but once you learn declension and conjugation rules, it is fairly easy. I'd be fluent in Latin if I could actually remember any of the vocabulary...
So, people say Russian is realllly hard to learn, but is it any harder than Latin?
And what about Greek? I've heard it is also very difficult.
I am just curious what people have to say about which is more difficult, and why
Thanks!

I’d say Latin, because both other languages are actually made to speak and are still spoken.
Latin is a dead written language, and you have the same problem as me: You cant remember any of the vocabulary.
I would say it’s a toss-up. All three have a similar complex grammar, Latin uses our alphabet, but Russian and Modern Greek are easier to maintain, despite all the efforts to translate contemporary books in Latin. And let’s face it, the Greek islands and Leningrad are more interesting as a holiday destination than Pompei.
In my experience, Latin is the hardest. Syntax. Particularly flexible word order. Though they are all pretty tough.
ancient greek is harder than latin in my opinion
out of the ones u said Latin is the hardest
