Yes, Russian contains a trilled "r." Russian is a beautiful-sounding language. The hardest part may be the grammar for you. The grammar is very complex– more complex than Romance languages and English grammar. The declension of nouns is subject to six cases: nominative, accusative, genitive, dative, prepositional, and instrumental; in two numbers: singular and plural; and obeying absolutely grammatical gender : masculine, feminine, and neuter. The context of a sentence is dependent upon the case of the noun.
Also, context plays a part in grasping the meaning, for example, Я не вижу книги can mean:
1. I don’t see a book
2. I don’t see the book
3. I don’t see any book
Word order can be different , which can be confusing. A sentence can be written/spoken many different ways, as the the basic word order, is Subject Verb Object in transitive clauses. The case of the noun is the key to the sentence’s meaning.
Verb conjugation can be difficult as well. There a a number of irregular verbs (жить, звать, идти).
