Russian translation website with pronunciation?

I would like a link to a website that can translate words from english to russian with either a small recording of the pronunciation or just spelled out in english phonetically. Thank you!

But the pronounciation is not indicated…
Now, what you can do is :
1- Go to http://multilex.mail.ru/
2- Enter the word your looking for (example : "head")
3- Copy the result ("голова", "head" in Russian)
4- Go to this other site : http://forvo.com/
5- Paste the result (голова) in the box called "search a word"
6- You will hear the word pronounced by a native speaker.
Well, the thing is they don’t have all the words on this site…
The second solution is to learn how to read Russian. It’s easier than you think. In fact you can learn to decypher Russian in less than an hour…
