I think you should learn about the Russian culture. If you visit, go to St. Petersburg, Moskva still has lots of organized crime. So does St. Petersburg, but not as much. Sankt. Petersburg is like more european cities, and is still western too. Most Russians are like western countries and accept different people, you find now there are foriegn cuisne restaurants there now. If you want to go there to study, then make it your goal & do it. We can to America being white, but still a minority since we did not understand english. However, I have heard that many Russians do not like Muslims, esp. the ones living in Russia, so if you're black and muslim then well idk. but if youre a black christian you'd be ok, most likely.
