I work for a county in Virginia, and the county have added the foreign languages Dutch, Arabic, and Russian. I have searched the web and all of the catalogs for textbooks and I could not find any Dutch, Arabic, or Russian textbooks. Can you please give me a website where I can find textbooks for these classes? Thanks!

I'm on my 5th year of Spanish and I'm pretty good at it, I was able to skip a year - I obviously have the potential to learn foreign languages.
I also want to learn German and I've heard that it's easier to learn Russian after learning German.

I typically pick up foreign languages very quickly when I am learning, but I am curious to know how difficult is Russian. Also, could someone suggest some good websites online that assist with learning.

I have heard about a language course called The Rosetta Stone that teaches you foreign languages, and from what I have heard, the State Department uses this course to teach their young diplomats foreign languages, and was wondering if there are any Russians on this site that can tell me if this program is good or should I seek out another program to learn Russian?
Thanks
stephane: I also heard that Rice spoke such bad Russian that it made President Putin wince whenever she began speaking to him in what she thinks is Russian.
