I'm thinking of getting a tattoo saying "freedom/liberty unfailing eternal" вольность верный вечный Is that right? Why are the words for unfailing and eternal so similar? How are they related in Russian? I was also considering freewill: добровольный does that mean the same in Russian as English? Or does that sound stupid, freewill unfailing eternal? Also is there a really cool Russian phrase or saying that would convey a similar sentiment. Finally, in English, saying Liberty unfailing, eternal sounds better than just saying unfailing, eternal liberty. Is it the same with Russian?
I'm planning on getting a tattoo of 'goodnight' in Russian (it has sentimental value) and I just want to verify that it's Спокойной ночи
Thanks in advance!
Please only serious answers. I am getting a tattoo with love written in english, russian, and polish and I want to make sure that I have the correct way they are written.
