1) What do you think about Maxim talking to fake girls on the Internet?
2) Anna should be proud.
Explanation: the first one is a joke, my friend was caught talking to an online imposter on Facebook. lol and he freaked when he found out. so it's made to sound funny.
Please no Google Translate, prefer a native Russian speaker. 10 pts to best answer. Thanks

If you're not a native speaker then don't even waste your time. No Google Translate! I shouldn't have to tell you guys that...
Is there no word for eyeliner? Why are there three words in the Russian language for eyeliner? Or is that just the translator?

How do you say "you don't speak Russian well enough to move to Russia." When google translates it, it says "Вы не владеющих русским языком достаточно хорошо." Why not simply говорите and do you say "достаточно" or "довольно"?? Спасибо!

I found it kind of funny how people thought Carrion was my first name.
Or they just felt like translating it into Russian.
Either way, I'm glad.
I'm thinking, thanks to Dan Martian that I got my last name translated right. I believe.
I tried myself with my first name. I don't always trust Google translate, but when I put "Песаваге" into Google Translate, my last name came out!
"Ким Песаваге" ---> Kim Pesavage?
and for those who want my last name pronounced, it's a short "Puh" and the word Savage.

To english? Please don't just use google translate, it gives a literal translation that doesn't make sense.
Еще не знаю, пока мне надо избавиться от этой проблемы. Но я не хочу рассказать об этом одной девушке. Она расстроится. По этому, отвечай на Русском

I have Russian who don't know any English. They've been incredibly rude they've used my things and NEVER clean the bathroom. Just moments ago Olga made an attempt to order me cleaning in the kitchen, I think she has some nerve and would like to give her a piece of my mind.
I don't trust using Google Translate because it's usually not completely correct.
I want to say:
"Olga, you're not in a position to tell me to clean up little things when you can't take care of simple tasks around you. You and you're family are very loud and it's been very difficult living with you. So please, before you start to order me around think about if you're in the right place to do so. If you feel you must do so, TRY and do it in a nicer manner. Thank you."
People living in glass houses shouldn't throw stones.
Thank you to anyone who helps out!
It would be greatly appreciated
I'd like it if it could be written in the russian text so I could double check it on google translate.. I know some of you might want to trick me
I can't find any translator that can get a translation from "Olga, preeviet shto spasiba mala dietz umnitza niet mala shtal moik. malada spion de martzes lespedez shportz municz du haben en grope dicterient"

"First" as in "I got here first". I only want answers from people who actually know russian, so don't use google translate. If you don't know, then don't answer.

I know very little Russian so far, but I'm trying to get a correct translation for a tattoo. I'm trying to say "I want to walk this earth like it is mine." Is my translation correct? Is there anything I should change?
Я хочу гулять по этой Земле как будто она моя.
Please only answer if you can actually speak Russian. I can use Google translate as well as anyone, and it isn't accurate.

If you could write it in the Russian text that would be great, because I want to check it in Google Translate. I plan on writing it to her, not saying it.
I got an answer when I posted this question in Language category:
"Olga, preeviet shto spasiba mala dietz umnitza niet mala shtal moik. malada spion de martzes lespedez shportz municz du haben en grope dicterient"
I couldn't check it on translator so I didn't want to use it.

I keep watching these talk shows in Russian and in almost every one they say something like "органы опеки" ... while Google's translation makes sense, I'm still not really sure how to use the term... thanks in advance.

I used google translator but sometimes it's not perfect, nor do I know if the saying will work in russian as it does in english. Basically, a group of Evgeni Malkn fans want to hold up a poster (as a group) saying: "Oh fun 71 we just wanna touch your buns" in russian.
Would this work? Да весело 71 мы просто хотим трогать булочки
Yes, i know he has a girlfriend- fans may always crush on a celebrity ... from a distance.

I am talking about the Russian Revolution that began in October 1917. What month and year did this revolution end in? I looked it up on google but the specific answer did not come up!
Thank you!

This may be a strange english alphabet phoenetic spelling because the Dictionaries and Online Translators do not recognize it at all and even will ask you to use a Cyillic typeset to enter the words. But I do find people using it when I search on Google - but on entirely Russian pages that I can't read so I'm still outta luck. So its obviously a real phrase of some sort - just not one the translaotrs say exists.

Can't find anything in Google and the closest I can find is all bold typeface on some old sheet music - I'd like it to be a little more ornate font-wise (it is for a tattoo). Can anyone please help? Ideally Sergei Rachmaninoff would be best. Many thanks indeed.

Either in Cyrillic or Roman alphabet, I can read both
By the way, don't waste your times copy pasting from google or babelfish TRANSLATOR, those are not accurate when translating entire sentences. Some people still don't seem to understand that

I don't know anyone in my area that speaks Russian, and it's really hard for me to find lessons. I live in Miami, Fl. I can't get Skype because it infects my computer with viruses. I don't know what to do.
@Tyler: The problem is Rosetta Stone is too expensive. We're on a budget right now.
Oh, and Google is not very reliable.

For reasons I won't bore you with, I want to learn to speak & write Russian. Or whatever could be considered the most mainstream, and likely-to-endure-as-mainstream, language easily understood and spoken by a good majority of people in the former USSR nation states.
Not looking to take college classes right now or hire expensive tutor.
Of course I can google things.....and I get a zillion results for learning language, but what is the BEST way if anyone has some real experience - in a low cost way to begin learning Russian? Good websites / material / books from library - something I can handle and won't get too overwhelmed doing a little each day?
currently, I am fluent in english and spanish.

Not, would you like to go to...
Just "Prom" with a question mark.
I have gone to google translate. But I'm confused, because when I add the question mark, it gives me something longer and completely different. I'm looking for someone who actually speaks Russian to tell me the correct way.

I've tried Systran, IM, and Google Translate, but they all have serious weaknesses. I do not know enough about Russian to know which programs do the best with language structure and have a large enough dictionary, phrase recognition, etc. Google might be OK if it didn't randomly substitute incorrect pronouns.
