Russian Pronunciation Help?

How do you pronounce the following:
"Все было красиво, и ничто не повредит." ?

I believe it translates to Kurt Vonnegut's "Everything was beautiful, and nothing hurt." That is my intent, anyway.

How to write correctly in Russian……….?

"I don't even know you personally, but I am trying my best to help you. I told you I will get back to you in one week with what you requested. Earlier, you requested for the Gallery's phone number and email address, I researched it for you. Besides, everything is close here until Monday. It's the "Holy Week". It's still day number 5 today, and you write a letter assuming that everybody has to help you when you want, disregarding the needs of other people. You are not the only one who needs to earn money, everybody needs to. You need to grow up. Don't act like a child, who has to have what he wants right away."

Thank you in advance. I need to send this to a person, and I do not want to risk misunderstanding because of language barrier. My Russian is very poor. Thank you for your help.

How do I handwrite Russian?

I've been looking for a website that gave examples on handwritten Russian letters, but all I can find is cursive, no print. I'm totally clueless on how to write the Russian "D" and the one that looks like an X with a verticle line through it. Anyone know a website with pictures of PRINT handwritten letters? Please, no cursive, no computer font.

Reasons to learn Russian?

I am a political science major and need to take a language course in college. I have always had a strange fascination with Russian culture, history, and politics. What are some good reasons to learn the Russian language? What are the benefits of the language, especially in the field of politics/international relations? I know the language is difficult to learn when compared to Spanish, French, German, etc. However, Russian is considered the "easiest of the hard languages." I don't think I should shy away from the language, however, just because of its difficulty......

French / Russian Pronunciation?

Please, I read that in Paris they do not use the "un" nasal, such as in "brun". If so, how do they pronounce "brun" [use IPA], please.

In Russian, does one always pause before "l"? How about names that begin with "L" [such as 'leontiev']?

Thx!

this is the lyrics of 'Mix Dojdi' (by Radu Sirbu)
- English Translation -
A rain drums down street,
Freaking shade climbs in windows,
And a lie lies down on shoulders
In this gloomy, autumn day.
And a lie lies down on shoulders,
one only lie
In this gloomy, autumn day.

You will not go today home,
You will call, will say: "Mum, do
not wait.
You understand, in the street rain,
Only rain, only rain and verses.
You understand, in the street rain,
one only rain,
And at us yet [lies the] world ahead."

And when you will read verses,
All will go, as ordinary novel[s].
You will begin to cry: "let me go,
let me go", -
Overturned on a sofa.
You will begin to cry: "Let me,
allow [me to] go", -
Overturned on a sofa.

There will be scarlet lips tender,
There will be hands to search and caress,
And prob'yut indifferently clock
First o'clock of your womanish fate.
And prob'yut indifferently clock,
one clock
First o'clock of your womanish fate.

And when you, silly, you will understand,
That was to me not needed.
You will begin to cry: "freaki

Hello everyone! Anybody want to learn Russian "in exchange" for English)) I'm 19 years old, graduated from high school, now want to learn English! Seeking so download, sobesednika.lol sounds of course!

Ok, so why does this belong?

Why would the "please" come in front of the rest of the sentence intead of the last such as this:
пожалуйста, не надо дурацких комментариев

instead of:
Нет дурак комментс, пожалуйста

Why? I mean I know the first one is the correct proper way to say it but, is it feasible to say the latter too? I can say both right?
