My friend will be offering a Russian page on his web site. The final text will be supplied, but the site is now live and he wants something to read when you click on the Russian flag. He is looking for the Russian text that means, "This page is currently under construction" or the standard terms meaning that the page is currently unavailable but try again soon. Of course, the text should be in cyrillic script. Thanks.
