Should I give my child Russian language lessons?

My husband is Russian, but I'm not. Our son is 2.5 years old and is really close to my husband's parents mostly because they live only 25 minutes away from us. My son stays a lot of weekends with them. He is already learning Russian words from them, but should I get my son into Russian language lessons with a Russian teacher?

I need to call my Russian teacher, and I'm afraid her relative, who can't speak English, will answer the phone. How do I ask, "May I speak to Natasha", how will I know if he says she isn't there, and how do I tell him I'll try again later?
