How long will take for me to learn to speak russian if i already speak serbian?

I speak full serbian and can only understand the latin version of it. How long will it take?

What other languages could you easily pick up if you can speak russian?

I was wondering what other languages are similar to russian or could be easily picked up due to fact that you could speak russian (e.g. german-dutch, croatian-serbian). Thanks!
