there is what system for Russian language?
i mean , for example people who English is not their mother tongue can pass TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language)or IELTS (International English Language Testing System )and for the people who are not Chinese and their mother tongue is not chinese language they should pass HSK (hanyu shuiping kaoshi) .... .
i want to learn Russian language , but i don't know what s the highest point , i mean is there any examination in Russian language like other language , is there any standard or not ?

Who cares about the tests, really? I mean, do employers actually ask to see TOEFL exam results? (Maybe I’m wrong, maybe they do? Is that a requirement for a work visa sponsorship?)
Personally, I say either you know the language or you don’t. Can you ask for directions? Can you follow a recipe? Can you understand a drunk guy?
well i don’t really know how it works myself
but one thing to note is in many words, girls and guys say it differently
(for girls there’s an extra ending)
