We have a Russian speaking visitor flying in to the United States. Will there be a translator?

Does the airport supply anyone that can speak Russian language, or can we help her translate in case they ask her any questions at the airport?

Yes, the CBP Officers have a phone number for translators that they can call if the need arises.
Hopefully yes. That shows the importance of learning more than one language.
