Website that will help me speak Russian?

Now there's this new girl in our school that can only speak russian/ukrainian, and I'd love to chat with her... but I can't read russian so I can't use translating sites... please help

If I were you, I’d go up to this girl and ask her to teach you Russian/ Ukrainian. She’d probably find it very awesome for you wanting to learn her language and help you to the best of her ability
http://russianlessons.net/ is my favorite website, with a bunch of conversational Russian — has audio, a Cyrillic alphabet guide, and plenty of phrases.
http://masterrussian.com/ is also another good site, both are pretty good, though I prefer the first. Hope I helped!
