use rosseta stone it’s awesome very expesive though get it for free by going to http://www.download.com and downloading bitlord, then go to http://www.scrapetorrent.com and search for rosseta stone, get the language you want, when you click to download torrent (have bitlord open in the backround) select open rather than save, a window should pop up (bitlord) showing you the files your downloading select ok they should goto c:/program files/bitlord/downloads when finished this (rosseta stone) is what the government uses to train new languages and is the most expensive program but use my instructions and you’ll get it for free, and as for the other question, do they like blacks in france, I’m white and I hear a lot that there are too many black people in france, so I don’t think they’ll hate you lol, (unless the black people there don’t like african americans, like in africa). Hope this helps, I’ve used rosseta stone and it’s freakin awesome!! works great
You will not find many problems against black’s in Russia but there are some areas with groups of Russian Skinheads. As for learning Russian it can be a bit tricky especially with pronunciation. It will help a whole lot if you learn to write it both ways: Cyrillic and handwritten are to different forms of Russian script. As for French it is an intermediate language to learn and it takes about 2-3 years of intense studying to learn it. As for Russian I would say about 5 years. Also if you want to become fluent in both you will have to go to each country or else you won’t have a full understanding of the languages. Also Moscow is amazing , you should also see Vladimir it is a nice little town.
I should hope that people of all color are accepted and appreciated by the French people. In fact, many French people are black from overseas territories such as Guadeloupe. Unfortunately you will find intolerance everywhere.
