de-dush-ka
de – like da in dad or dea in dead
ush like ush in push
so, dush should sound like ‘push’ but with D instead of P
ka – lile ‘Cu’ in Macaulay Culkin
short – дед (can be offensive) or деда. But really ussualy we use long дедушка
дедушка (The grandfather) pronounced de -dus- ka
