The best thing, next to living in Russia of course, would be to find a school nearby that teaches Russian. It will certainly be the quickest way to make you fluent...</description>

		<description>Becoming fluent in Russian can not be done through Rosetta Stone, but would suggest doing 4 things. 1) Start with vocabulary including basic phrases. 2)Understand the grammer rules, when to add an extra sound at the end of a word for plural etc. 3) Pimsler offers a listen and repeat style of learning which it covers a more formal way of speaking 4) Language exchange, do a search for this and you can do a basic language exchange with a native speaker who is looking to learn or practice english.

I like this site for learning, it is free and will help a lot.
