What's the correct Russian translation of the phrase "The Blue Prince"?

Синий принц (Siniy prints) is correct.
While голубой принц does, technically, also mean "the blue prince", any Russian who reads that phrase is likely to read it as "the gay prince"… which is certainly not the meaning you’re trying to convey.

p.s. you can open any book for children or not in Russian ,so you can find the meaning , – is GOLUBÓY Prince (the blue prince)!
In Russian "blue" is both siniy (синий) and goluboy (голубой). So "The Blue Prince" can be translated both as "Синий Принц" and "Голубой Принц". But I personally think that "Голубой Принц" sounds more correct.
PS. While "голубой принц" may mean "gay prince", "cиний принц" also may mean "drunk prince".
