I've always wanted to visit Russia, but I unfortunately am very unfamiliar with the language. What would be the quickest way to learn Russian without spending any money?

It’s a very difficult language and you aren’t going to pick it up by just finding some Russian movies or anything.
Check out meetup or craigslist for Russian groups. Also see if there is a Russian Orthodox church near your place.
Tell people that you are going to Russia and want to learn some basic phrases.
It’d be hard to learn to speak (and possibly read and write) in Russian without spending ANY money whatsoever especially if you can’t find native Russian speakers (or friends) that can help you out. But don’t despair! There are some ways to get around financial problems.
Assuming you’re a native English speaker, you can always find websites where you can find language partners. It’s called "language exchange", just Google it. On these websites, you can create free accounts and you’ll post saying you’d like to learn Russian and hopefully Russian speakers that are learning your language(s) will find you and contact you for your help in whatever language(s) you speak either natively and/or fluently.
You can just do e-mail correspondences with them, you can make arragements with them to do online face-to-face chats or if they live close-by you can meet up and practice regularly that way.
Or, you can just post an ad on Craigslist and usually you’ll get a response.
But yeah, one thing about meeting ppl online…
Just watch out for the creepers.
