Where can I learn Russian in Metro Manila?

well i think you should ask this information from the embassy of Russian Federation in Manila, Philippines, the address and phone hnumbers are here: http://www.russianembassy.biz/philippines-manila.htm
They should give you all the information where you can find Russian language, schools, universities or special organizations, maybe even they have some courses.
If that won’t help (but it must!) then search for the linguistic universities in Manila – there ask them for the Russian language course.
Also check out the online web resouces, find some people, from Russia to start learning with their help (i’m a Russian and would help you solve any questions, i’m a linguist as well – so you are most welcome any time).
